Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the VoiceMaxx app and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
VoiceMaxx lets you record short speaking practice clips and receive automated analysis and coaching feedback. Feedback is generated by software, including AI models; it is guidance for practice, not professional advice. VoiceMaxx is not a medical, diagnostic, or speech-therapy service.
Your account
- You must sign in with Apple or Google to use recording features, and be at least 13 years old (or your country's minimum digital-consent age).
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account; this permanently removes your recordings and history.
Subscriptions
- The free tier includes one analyzed recording per day. VoiceMaxx Pro unlocks unlimited analyses, full coaching reports, and personalized drills.
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID (annual or monthly options; prices shown in the app before purchase). Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings; cancelling keeps Pro until the period ends. Apple's refund policies apply to purchases.
Your content
- You own your recordings. You grant us the limited license needed to store, transcribe, and analyze them in order to provide the service to you (including processing by our providers, as described in the Privacy Policy).
- Only record yourself, or people who know they're being recorded and consent. You are responsible for complying with recording-consent laws where you are.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful, and don't attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer it.
Acceptable use
We may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the service — including automated or excessive requests, attempts to access other users' data, or use of the service to generate or process unlawful content.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". Scores and feedback are automated estimates and can be wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
