Common questions
The analysis failed — what do I do?
Make sure you speak for at least 8 seconds, check your connection, and try again. Your recording isn't lost when analysis fails.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or the Manage Subscription screen in the app. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the paid period.
How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?
Sign in with the same Apple/Google account, open the paywall, and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you purchased with.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your recordings, transcripts, and history. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Is VoiceMaxx speech therapy?
No. VoiceMaxx is a practice tool for speaking confidence. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it's not a substitute for a speech-language professional.
